Here’s the easiest way to calculate your BMI:
  • 1) Take your height in inches. Let’s say your 5’ 6”. That equates to 66 inches.
  • 2) Square that number: 66 x 66 = 4356
  • 3) Now use your current accurate weight. Let’s say you weigh 150.
  • 4) Divide your weight by your height squared: 150 [divided by ] 4356 = 0.03444
  • 5) Multiply that number by 703
  • 0.03444 x 703 = 24.2
  • That’s how you can do this without using metric heights and weights.
